Mr. Sohn serves on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Immigration Section (B.C. Branch), and is currently Chair of the Immigration Section. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). Mr. Sohn also served on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada Advisory Committee (BC/Yukon) as Chair and Legal Sectoral Representative. He was previously President of the B.C. Human Rights Coalition and an Organizing Team Member of the Vancouver Association for Survivors of Torture (VAST). Mr. Sohn successfully assists clients with all forms of inland and overseas immigration applications.
