Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is a full-service law firm with over 100 lawyers. The firm practices in the New England region from offices located in Boston, Massachusetts, Providence, Rhode Island and Concord, New Hampshire. The three offices function as one and are interconnected by state of the art computer and communication systems. We provide legal services to both individuals and businesses, including many of the region's publicly-held corporations and emerging businesses with both domestic and foreign operations, financial institutions, several of the nation's largest real estate developers and construction companies, major hospitals, state and local governments and agencies, and privately-owned businesses and partnerships.

Mr. Krasnow has an impressive track record of providing advice and counsel with respect to immigration issues ranging from obtaining permanent resident status for foreign nationals; obtaining temporary visas for a wide variety of personnel including executives and managers, professional employees and seasonal workers; employment of foreign workers under NAFTA; defense of employee claims; and compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act and related anti-discrimination provisions. He has developed valuable working relationships with agencies that administer the various immigration laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
